Therefore, TrackingSport only collects data that is necessary for the operation of the Mountain Referee app. The permissions required for the use of Mountain Referee are used to verify the identity of the App user, for identification purposes and to prevent subsequent accesses requiring re-identification.

Our servers are located within the European Economic Area and are governed by its laws and the transmission of data from the App to them is required. No personal data of any kind is transmitted outside the European Economic Area.

In order to ensure that you are fully informed about data transfers and that such transfers are made in accordance with applicable laws, when you access Mountain Referee you agree to this privacy policy.

If you do not agree to the terms of these policies, simply uninstall Mountain Referee and all of your personal information will be deleted.

Occasionally, Mountain Referee may contain links to other addresses or apps, to provide you with access to additional services. In accessing these addresses, TrackingSport never provides personal data on the link.
